Champagne is a blended wine, just as a painter chooses his pigments or a florist puts together a bouquet...

Champagne Poinsot Frères takes juice from different years, different grape varieties and reserve wines to express the taste of the soil as much as possible.

You will have a guided Visit of the vineyard and the different slopes where you will discover the grape varieties and how the work is done in the vineyard.

This will be followed by a Tasting workshop to discover which of the 3 Champagnes pair with local specialities (cheeses, appetizers, biscuits, etc.).
