Description
Enjoy a guided tour by a winegrower and a tasting of 3 different champagnes of choice.
The tour will be followed by a lunch at a restaurant in the environment.

Our visit was spectacular despite our poor timing. We arrived just after the harvest had come to a close and after the last load of grapes had been unloaded and put in the presses. On the other hand we had a private tour with our guide, Clothilde, who was very informative. After our tour we had the most valuable tasting that I have experienced with nuanced descriptions of each of the bottles we tasted concentrating on the differences in the blending and the role of each grape variety in the mix. We were then treated to a delicious lunch at a local scenic restaurant where the food was excellent and of course accompanied by a fine bottle of Chassenay d’Arce brut. My wife and I travelled nearly two hours from Épernay for the tasting but we would gladly do it again.
