• Our Clos des Graviers is a long-lasting, full-bodied Cuvée. Offered in the finest restaurants. The freshness and complexity of this Champagne make it an ideal companion for refined dishes, such as caviar, crab carpaccio with sweet spices, or a fine raw chocolate cake
