During a short walk through the vineyards surrounding our village, Audrey, your guide, will explain everything about the steps a winemaker must take to produce high-quality grapes.

From pruning to harvesting, you will learn about the entire process: discover some facts about the Champagne region, recognize the different grape varieties, learn about various pruning methods, smell the blossom of the vine (only 15 days a year), and why not taste the grapes when they are ripe.

Upon return, a charming tasting session awaits you in the shop, where you can enjoy three carefully selected champagnes.
