A culinary journey that takes you from the vineyard to the chef's table
Your adventure begins in the historic vineyard of Pierre Paillard. You’ll learn how the vines and their surroundings interact with one another. The passion and dedication of Antoine and Quentin Paillard truly come to life here.
Next, we’ll take you 16 meters underground into the ancient chalk cellars. These historic 19th-century wine cellars provide a unique insight into the aging process of the wine and how winemaking further develops its flavors and aromas.
After this underground exploration, it’s time to taste the champagnes of Pierre Paillard. During a guided tasting, you’ll have the opportunity to discover various cuvées, each with its own character and story.
The experience concludes with a lunch at the chef's table. Enjoy a specially curated four-course menu designed to perfectly complement the iconic wines of the house, creating a harmonious culinary experience that highlights the flavors of the champagnes.
