THE GUIDED TOUR

History and heritage: Delve into the history of Clos Corbier, where generations of winemakers have succeeded one another, passing down their knowledge and passion.

Mini vineyard: Explore our mini vineyard, where the three grape varieties of Champagne grow: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier.

Traditional press: Discover our traditional press and learn about the champagne-making process, from pressing the grapes to fermentation.

Cellars and cooperage: Walk through the tunnels of our cellars, where our hidden treasures age in the dark. Visit our cooperage, where the wines are treated with care and attention.

 

WORKSHOP & TASTING

Champagne method: Uncover the secrets of champagne making, from the meticulous harvest to the final dosage that gives each bottle its unique character.

Thematic workshops: Participate in three engaging workshops covering the champagne method, the refined aromas, and the art of tasting.

Tasting of the Champagnes: Enjoy three carefully selected family champagnes from our two brands. Discover the Premier and Grand Crus, and a vintage blanc de blancs.

 

TRADITIONAL CHAMPENOISE LUNCH

Extend this culinary experience with a traditional Champenoise lunch, prepared by our chef using local products and regional specialties. The lunch is accompanied by wine pairings featuring Champagne, Coteau Champenois, and Ratafia de Champagne.

Menu:

  • Aperitif
  • Starter: Gougères and Hummus made from Champagne lentils
  • Main Course: Pâté croûte Champenois marinated in Marc de Champagne + Quiche with vegetables from local producers
  • Cheese: Langres, Comté
  • Dessert: Chef's inspiration based on the pink biscuit of Reims

 

* From November 1st to April 1st 2025, the price for adults is €65 and for children is €32,50
