The history of the Roger-Constant Lemaire Estate dates back to the late 19th century to the village of Hautvillers, the cradle of champagne and birthplace of the Lemaire family. The Lemaire Estate specializes in the production of rare and unique champagne, without use of malo lactic fermentation methods, without filtration, and without fining-method.

This family specialty can give champagne substantial freshness, marked by the authenticity and the minerality. Moreover, the conservation of the champagne is much improved. Some of our champagnes become a “guard wine”, that is to say wines that you can keep with enhanced taste for several years in your cellar. The champagne house got the organic classification HVE since 2018. For five generations, our family has continued to build on the knowledge gained in vinyards in the heart of the champagne country. Vineyards are only on the south side of the valley, with a limestone clay soil, bounded by Hautvillers 1er Cru to and the village of Cumières.

• 1 glass of Cuvée Select (a Blanc de Meuniers, rare and atypical)
• 1 glass of Cuvée Trianon (a traditionnal Champagne)
• 1 glass of Rosé de Saignée (no red wine adding, rare and atypical)
• 1 glass of Vintage Hautes-Prieres (Blanc de Blancs 1er Cru from Hautvillers)
