Sabering is a unique tradition of the Champagne region whose origin dates back to the era of Napoleon. The saber is used to open a Champagne bottle. The winegrower shows you this spectacular technique right in front of your eyes!

This activity includes:

• Champagne Sabering demonstration in the vineyard*
• The bottle sabered** is offered to you for Tasting on the spot
• Sharing a nice moment with a keen winegrower who will answer all your questions
• This activity takes place at address: 1 rue de Gramont 02400 Azy-sur-Marne. Located a few ten meters from the crossroads of the Church of Azy-sur-Marne. Attention, there is no sign indicating the domaine's name!
