Wij bieden u een authentieke ENGELSTALIGE Tour waarbij alle fases van het productie-proces van de Nicolas Feuillatte Champagnes aan u worden onthult; van de wijnbereiding tot het etiketteren van de flessen.
Uw Tour wordt gevolgd door een blinde proeverij / workshop van 3 mysterieuze Cuvées. U zult meer leren over de drie belangrijkste druivensoorten: Chardonnay, Pint Noir en de Pinot Meunier.

A very cool tour, even though we visited on a weekend and some things like observing the bottling, disorgment, and labeling/packaging lines in actual operation were not possible. The shear scale of Feuillate is hard to wrap your brain around. The tank farms go on forever, and even the mechanical riddling farm ("gyopalettes") seem to be uncountable. Here they do everything you'll see at smaller houses, but on a huge scale. It's unique and unmissable, I'm so glad we booked this experience.
Now - the EfferveSense experience in particular was also wonderful. This was our very first stop on our first ever visit in Champagne and it was so valuable. We learned a ton about the flavors and aromas of Champagne wines and how the different grapes contribute to these. It made every visit we did afterwards much much more enjoyable and understandable. Feuillate are doing the whole region a huge service by offering this experience. Our guide was fantastic and both the tour and the tasting lab event were fun, even for our kids ranging 5-9 years old (obviously they didn't drink the wines, but they could smell!).

Super leuke tour waarbij je echt het proces ziet. Moderne manier van champagne maken. Tourguide was super enthousiast en kundig. De blind tasting is echt een aanrader. Zo leer je ook wat je smaak is in de verschillende soorten champagne. Mooie tegenhanger voor de klassieke champagne huizen.
